Small Animals

We know as well as anyone that you consider your small animals to be a member of your family. That is why the whole team here at our Practice work hard to provide the very best veterinary care services for them

Equine Care

We also treat horses and each is treated as an individual with tailored care. We know how much your horses mean to you and we work closely with our clients to ensure we achieve the very best outcomes for our patients

Out-of-hours, emergency care (24/7)

We operate our own out-of-hours, emergency service: that's 24/7, every day of the year. In an emergency, where your animal needs to be seen you'll be met by a friendly and likely familiar face who will have access to all of your animal's history

Pain Management

We understand that our patients feel pain and discomfort under the same circumstances as people do.

Vaccinations

We can ensure your animal has the protection he or she needs, whilst ensuring we do not vaccinate more often than is necessary. Do contact us to discuss the benefits of vaccination and the range of vaccinations we offer

Dental Care

Regular dental care is important in maintaining not only pets and horses' teeth but his or her overall health. We are well equipped to perform routine dental procedures, and many animals benefit from dental X-rays to help diagnose and guide treatment

Health Care Plans

We offer a Healthy Pet Plan that has been developed to create great value at whichever level you enter. Membership of the plan means that a single monthly fee could give you the peace of mind of knowing that the majority of the costs of your pet’s routine veterinary requirements are covered

Nutritional Counselling & Weight Management

Some pets require special prescription food and all animals benefit from a balanced diet and not being over-weight. We can advise you on how best to manage your animal's nutritional needs

Pet Passports

We offer a pet passport service to enable you to travel to many countries around the World with your pet. A number of requirements must be met before you travel. Do contact us to find out more or visit our Blog (under the tab "Useful Information")

Small Animal Physiotherapy

Our animal physiotherapist works alongside veterinary surgeons to promote quality of life, reduce pain, improve mobility, prevent injury or re-occurrence of injury in animals with medical, orthopaedic and neurological conditions, and to assist in the improvement of sporting performance in dogs.

What Our Clients Say

"I’d just like to pass on our appreciation for the care and attention given to our dog Megan over the past couple of weeks. Obviously the news we received earlier this week regarding the results of the operation was the best we could’ve realistically hoped for and it’s fantastic that she was back to her normal self so quickly." If our thanks could be passed onto Patrick who has been absolutely fantastic and to the lady on reception (sorry, I don’t know her name!) who we saw on every visit and always showed great interest in Megan, we would be very grateful.

“Thank you so much for your really thoughtful and touching card after our dear old Sox went off for her big sleep. It was the most gentle and least traumatic farewell we could ever imagine and we are so thankful to your lovely vet for his great compassion. The seeds will be planted in our front garden and will indeed remind us of our crazy old girl.”

“Took Dylan to the vets today as had been in a road accident. From the initial call to the surgery to the actual care he received, the staff had been fabulous. Extremely professional but friendly and caring . Not usually one to fill in feedback forms, but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this surgery!!!!”

“Pebbles recently had surgery on both her back legs and is now a different dog now- she plays a lot more and has stopped limping. My biggest worry was that after all she had been through she would hate going to the vets but I was so wrong, she loves it and gets so excited when she knows where she is going – which is a huge credit to all the lovely staff.”

“The Sidings were my first point of call when considering taking on a 7 week old puppy with a deformed leg. Anna joined our family at 9 weeks, had her leg amputated at 12 weeks old and is now 17 weeks old and so full of life! The Sidings Team have been brilliant in supporting me with all Anna’s care. She loves going to the vets for her puppy check ups because they all make such a fuss of her. Her wound has healed so well it’s hard to believe she ever had that deformed leg now!”

“Our cat had an operation to repair a cruciate ligament, he received the most wonderful care before and afterwards. Nothing was too is much trouble and no question too trivial. All the staff treat your animal as if it were their own – I cannot recommend the practice more highly.”
